1. Can I ask you to permanently destroy one of my deposited files or fingerprints?

Yes, on certain conditions and with certain restrictions. If you wish to cancel a deposit made on our website, you must, for security reasons, send us a written request accompanied by complete references of your deposit and a proof of ID. We reserve the right to ask for additional documents such as a proof of address.

After submitting your request, all traces of your deposit will be removed from our servers (certificate of deposit, backup). However, the copy of your deposit made to the rank of minutes of our Notary will be retained by him. Only a court order can order the destruction of the deposit and related information transmitted to the Notary.

2. How is evidence admitted in court?

Your digital fingerprint will be time-stamped and kept by our Notary. This fingerprint will be compared to a second digital fingerprint calculated on the same file you provide in court. If the files are identical, the fingerprints will be identical. Taking the second fingerprint and bringing this evidence to court may require a Notary or an expert report. These additional services are not included in your package price.
